The new NCG02 permit was issued and became effective October 1, 2015. We have concluded electronic COC renewal and mailed out paper renewal packages as of December 31, 2015. The 2015 Renewal Print Package includes the GP, Technical Bulletin, and revised DMR Forms. Here is a list of COCs that have been accessed on-line with other status notes.
